A visceral and versatile vocalist, Alex Samaras’ performances brim with disarming candour. With his big band, the evening will feature an eclectic array of covers that channel Samaras’ natural performative instincts into new and unclassifiable realms. Alex will be joined by an 18-piece big band featuring musicians including Chelsea McBride, John MacLeod, Allison Au, Tara Davidson, Harley Card, Brian Barlow, conducted by Tom Upjohn.
